Information

Registration Process

  • You do not have to register all of the delegates from your church at the same time.
  • You may register as little as three delegates from your church to be granted reserved seating.
  • The first registrations you submit will mark your place for the reserved seating.
  • Any delegates from your church who register after that first group will be added to the first group, and all who are registered by February 16, 2009, will be guaranteed seating together.
  • You may register as many delegates as you wish as many times as necessary in order to register everyone from your church who would like to attend Pastors' School™ 2009.
  • You may register additional delegates by starting and working through the same process that you used to register the first group.

 

Registration Information

  • Registration fee is $75.00 per person from November 3, 2008, until February 16, 2009.
  • After February 16, 2009, registration fee is $99 per person.
  • Each delegate must submit a completed registration form. Photocopy the form as necessary.
  • All delegates must register under the name of the church where he regularly attends.
  • Online registration will be disabled at 12:00 midnight (CST) on Friday, March 13, 2009.
  • After registration is submitted, ONLY $5 WILL BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON.
  • Registrations are transferable by contacting the Pastors' School™ Registration Office at (219) 932-0711.

 

On-Site Check-In and Registration

  • Doors open at 4:00 p.m., and the opening service begins at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 16, 2009.
  • On-site registration and check-in will begin at 4:00 p.m. in the Main Auditorium on Monday, March 16, 2009.
  • All delegates should check in or register by 6:15 p.m. on March, March 16, 2009.

 

Reserved/Special Seating

  • Register by February 16, 2009, for reserved seating on a first-registered, first-served basis.
  • Indicate seating needs or preferences in the "Special Seating Needs" section of the registration form, and we will try to accomodate you.
